1st-2nd Oct 2011, Captain Cook Hotel, Christmas Island

It was the first proper day of operation of the T32C DxPedition, and all stations were running.

We had come from all over the world to take part in what was to become the most successful DxPedition ever.

At 0800Z (04:00 local) the 48-hour Oceania DX Phone Contest started.
15 members of the multi-national team, all experienced SSB contesters, rose to the challenge!
